Scheduling and Managing Events in the Calendar

Calendar 

The Calendar section enables users to view, manage, and organize tasks and events in a clear monthly layout. It simplifies scheduling and ensures efficient tracking of activities.


1. Access the Calendar
  1. Navigate to the Calendar icon from the left sidebar menu.
  2. The default view opens in Month format, showing all days of the selected month.


 2. Navigate Between Dates

o   Use the arrow buttons (<< and >>) at the top-left to move to previous or next months.

o   Click Today to return to the current date.

o   The current selected date is highlighted (e.g., 03 November 2025).



 3. Switch Views

On the top-right, use the view selector (e.g., “Month”) to change between:
  1. Month View
  2. Week View
  3. Day View 



4. Add Events  

Click the Add Events button (top-right corner).

     
Fill in event details such as:

    • Title
    • Date & Time
    • Description

o   Save the event to display it on the calendar.

 


5. Toggle Tasks and Events: 
  1. Use the Tasks and Events switches at the top-right to show/hide tasks or events on the calendar.

 


6. View Event Details:

o   Click on any event displayed in the calendar (e.g., “Test Meet” or “abc”).

o   A pop-up will show event details and options to edit or delete.

 


7. Expand Multiple Events:

o   If a day has multiple events, click on the “+X more” link to view all events scheduled for that day.

 8. Use the Date Picker

o   On the left sidebar, use the mini calendar to quickly jump to any date.
