This sections  is designed to manage and view contact information within the Nextere platform. It provides a centralized interface for accessing details of contacts sourced from different channels.

o   Core App Contacts: A Core lead refers to an agent — someone who wants to join the organisation or work under agency hierarchy.



o   Name: Full name of the contact.

o   Email: Contact’s email address.

o   Lead Source: Origin of the lead (e.g., Facebook, google, emails, calls).

o   DOB: Date of Birth (if available).

o   Created Date: Date when the contact was added.

o   Phone: Contact’s phone number.

Action Buttons (per row):

  • 1. Call Icon: Initiates a phone call to the contact.
  • 2. Activity Icon: Open an activity tracking window
  • 3. Menu (three dots): Provides additional options for managing the contact.


      

o   CRM Contacts: A CRM lead is typically someone who is interested in buying policies or products.
